Congressional Council

The WIN Congressional Council consists of pro-choice, Democratic women members of the U.S. House and Senate. Currently 40 members strong, Council members serve for the duration of their Congressional terms. Our Congressional Council is presently chaired by Representative Rosa DeLauro (CT-3).
