Women Opening Doors for Women

WIN's Women Opening Doors for Women (WODW) event celebrates the founding of the organization over 25 years ago around a dining room table, when women came together to help each other achieve professional success.
WODW consists of two parts: a networking reception, followed by 20+ simultaneous dinner parties hosted by WIN's leadership teams. Immediately after the reception, the dinner parties take place in private homes and businesses throughout the DC area.
WODW dinner parties are like the very first WIN event when the organization was founded--intimate, informal, issue-focused gatherings. Topics range from achieving work-life balance to mindful meditation to making unexpected career moves.
Every year the event offers the opportunity to learn from prominent women and brings women of different backgrounds together to learn from each other's experiences, exchange valuable information and advice, and help each other along the road to success.
